Crossroads exists to help organizations build leaders, strengthen teams, find alignment, and create experiences that last.
The work is practical because it was shaped in the real world. In sales offices, construction trailers, leadership meetings, customer conversations, and all the messy places where people have to work together to get something done.
The Experience Was Out of Balance.
For years, Jeremiah watched companies chase customer survey scores, referrals, and better experiences through new initiatives, incentives, and stuff.
At the same time, those organizations invested heavily in developing their sales teams while often overlooking the many other people responsible for delivering what sales had promised.
Construction.
Customer care.
Warranty.
Design.
Operations.
Leadership.
Year after year, that imbalance grew.
Jeremiah knew there had to be a better way. When he could not find the complete answer, he decided to become part of building it.
Why Crossroads?
The name came at a literal and personal crossroads.
Jeremiah was deciding whether to leave homebuilding leadership and step into a new opportunity when the word began appearing everywhere. In a Bible passage. On a church. On a restaurant. And in the decision standing directly in front of him.
Jeremiah 6:16 speaks of standing at the crossroads, asking for the good way, and walking in it.
Crossroads became more than a company name. It became a reminder to pause, ask better questions, choose the right path, and help others move forward with purpose.
It Might Be Easier to Say Which Jobs He Hasn’t Held.
Jeremiah’s career has crossed nearly every lane of homebuilding.
Throughout his career, he led and worked alongside teams in land, marketing, design, purchasing, sales, construction, warranty, and operations.
That breadth matters.
Most industry experts naturally teach from the lane they know best. Jeremiah intentionally spent his career learning how the lanes connect. Today, when he walks into a room, there is a good chance he has done the job of many of the people sitting across from him. And they can feel the difference.
He doesn’t teach about the job. He teaches from it.
Homebuilding also taught Jeremiah patience. Decisions made today may take nine months or longer to reveal their full impact. Change requires more than a new idea. It requires discipline, consistency, and the willingness to challenge habits that have survived simply because “that’s how we’ve always done it.”
The Work Changed Him Too.
Jeremiah has not always gotten leadership right.
At times in his career, he could be aggressive about what he believed was right. He pushed hard, argued harder, and occasionally became, in his own words, “a bit of a jerk.”
Experience taught him that conviction without curiosity can close the very conversations leaders need most.
Today, Jeremiah challenges his own frameworks as willingly as he challenges the organizations he serves. He asks why. He expects others to explain why. And he keeps refining the work when a better answer emerges.
Confidence matters. So does being willing to admit when something can be better.

FAMILY LIFE
Jeremiah is married to Prisstina, whose support and partnership helped make Crossroads possible. While the company was getting off the ground, she carried more than her share, listened to countless developing ideas, and offered the kind of honest outside perspective every entrepreneur needs. She’s also pretty dang awesome.
Together, Jeremiah and Prisstina are surrounded by daughters. Jeremiah is the proud father of Isabella and bonus dad to Ashalyn, both of whom bring their own personalities, perspectives, and adventures to the family. Family time often includes Phase 10, Jackbox games, and craps. But definitely not Risk!
COASTERCATION
Their shared love of roller coasters began when Isabella was tall enough to ride them. Jeremiah was a single dad looking for a vacation they could experience together, and the two had already become fans of YouTube videos about roller coasters and theme parks. So they planned their first Coastercation.
One trip became another. Then another. Today, they have each ridden about 350 roller coasters.
But the best part was never only the ride. It was planning the trip, living it together, and reliving the stories afterward. It was a teenage daughter who still thought spending the day at a theme park with her dad was pretty cool, or at least was kind enough to tell him so.
That experience has quietly shaped the way Jeremiah thinks about his work too. People rarely remember only what happened. They remember the anticipation, the details, the unexpected moments, and how the whole experience made them feel.
Jeremiah is also a Texas Aggie, a Baptist preacher’s kid, a former country radio disc jockey, a “too-busy-to-play” golfer, and an unapologetic plain-and-dry cheeseburger guy.
