It Might Be Easier to Say Which Jobs He Hasn’t Held.
crossroads
In homebuilding, the answer is mortgage. Everywhere else, the list is still pretty short.
Twenty years across sales, operations, construction, and divisional leadership. Jeremiah Gore hasn’t observed the homebuilding industry from the outside. He’s lived it from every seat in the room. That’s not a talking point. It’s why the frameworks he teaches are ones his audiences actually recognize from their own Monday mornings.
He doesn’t teach about the job. He teaches from it.
One Facilitator. One Standard.
Most training companies send whoever is available. Crossroads Training doesn’t work that way because Crossroads Training is Jeremiah Gore. Every system, every session, every client gets the same voice, same standard, same commitment to field application from the first session to the last.
When you hire Crossroads Training you know exactly who is walking through your door. And so does your team.
Built in the Industry. Delivered Across It.
Crossroads Training was built inside homebuilding where the stakes are high, the timelines are brutal, and the relationship between a builder and a buyer has to survive the most stressful purchase of that buyer’s life.
What Jeremiah discovered along the way is that the frameworks travel. Communication under pressure isn’t a homebuilding skill. Trust-based selling isn’t exclusive to new home sales. Leadership that multiplies a team’s capability works the same way in a construction trailer as it does in a corporate office.
We develop people. Their titles just help with context.
The Person Behind the System
Jeremiah earned a BBA in Management and an MS in Real Estate Land Development from Texas A&M University and then spent two decades making sure the classroom connected to the real world. He holds certifications in Everything DiSC, Performance Motivator System, and Building Performance Institute.
He also inherited a Baptist preacher’s gift for storytelling and his mother’s sense of humor. Which means your team will remember what he said long after the session ends, not because it was clever, but because it was true and it made them laugh while it was landing.
No two engagements look the same because no two teams are the same. Jeremiah works with every client to build what their team actually needs.
